[IMPACT]
This bug can make Wine uninstallable in some cases.
[TESTCASE]
Install wine1.4. See comment #13
[Regression Potential]
gettext was never needed for Wine's installed binaries, so none is
forseen
[Other Info]
This may be a workaround to a bug in apt, as it seems to have a logical
failure here since it is failing to install due to a package listed only in
Recommends. Fixing apt would be more risky.
