Bug description:
After upgrading from the LTS release to quantal, something seems to
have gone very wrong with evolution. It is extremely slow; opening a
new message window takes fifteen to thirty seconds, although there is
little or no CPU, memory, network or disk activity.
Also, it seems to draw widgets incorrectly. See attached screenshot.
