Title:
  [ppa mozilla-security] supplies beta-Version of Thunderbird/Firefox

Status in “thunderbird” package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
The general purpose of the ppa mozilla-security was to historically
provide the most actual version of thunderbird/firefox

That's what users relied on to have the advantage of a few days before
it lands in the official sources.

Nowadays it supplies a beta versions of Firefox/Thunderbird 17b2

This provides a __serious__ conflict with the usage

If users wish to upgrade to a non stable version they were ment to use

   ppa:mozillateam/thunderbird-next (which has beta-3 already)

  Kindly solve this conflict.

  Thanks in advance!
