Title:
Firefox does not honor GTK-Layout with multiple Tabs opened

Status in “firefox” package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
When there are many open tabs, two issues can be noticed:

  - The rightmost tab is splitted: it only appears partially on screen,
which doesn't happen in any GTK app. If there really is no place for
it it should just not appear at all. (See Screenshot)

  - The arrows to the left and right of the tabs do not follow the gnome theme.
[Note: This is resolved in Intrepid with Firefox 3.0.1]
