Status in “gnome-settings-daemon” package in Ubuntu: New Bug description: In the system settings 'Brightnes and Lock' I have the screen swith set to 'never' and the screen shuts off at 10 minutes. I don't know how to fix the problem. Before I could set it to an 'hour' then back to 'never' and re-boot and the screen wouldn't switch off after 10 minutes. Now that doesn't work. I set the switch to 'never' re-boot and still the screen switches off after 10 minutes. How do I fix the problem?
