I'm not able to duplicate this bug with yesterday's raring CD. But…there is a long-standing limit of 4 keyboard layouts. I believe that will be fixed when we upgrade to ibus 1.4.99.

In system settings -> keyboard layout there are only four English layouts listed and the + button that should add a layout is grayed out. When selecting a non-English layout by pressing F3 during boot the button is usable.
