cant install skype on fresh install 12.10 64 bit ubuntu

Bug description:
I have installed Ubuntu 12.10 64bit (clean install) via windows install and
updated it.
After that, I tried to install skype, and i get error that skype depends
skype-bin, but it could not install it, and that there is some broken packages!?
When I try to download it from skype website it install it via software
center it displays error that is not supported because its i386...
After that I have tried to install CrossOver Linux (ia32-crossover) also
unable to install it.
