I just realize that the time for which the mouse is jerky is much shorter if I
plug-in the power cord to the laptop.
Strange, isn't it?

Title:
[gm45] Choppy / jerky mouse with Intel GMA 4500M

Status in “linux” package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed
Status in “xserver-xorg-input-synaptics” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: xorg

My mouse is choppy sometimes. I think it's more often when I don't
utilize my graphic card much. Because while it happens I do something
that requires more graphic card work (e.g. some movement in cairo-
dock) and after a few seconds the movement is smooth again.

  May be xorg problem.
