Ubuntu 12.04 is still stuck in Chromium version 20.0.1132.47 precise-updates (web): Chromium browser [universe] 20.0.1132.47~r144678-0ubuntu0.12.04.1: amd64 i386 (see: http://packages.ubuntu.com/search?keywords=chromium)
So... I just added this Chromium Stable PPA and installed the new version of Chromium browser.
