Title:
[jaunty] x11vnc dies after 10 seconds when connecting with "Screen
Sharing" on OSX
Status in “x11vnc” package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:

Description: Ubuntu jaunty (development branch)
Release: 9.04

Version table:

When I run x11vnc on display 0 and attempt to connect to it using "Screen
Sharing.app" on OSX, the connection always dies after 10 seconds. "Screen
Sharing" is activated by running Finder > Menu > Go > Connect to Server... >
"vnc://ipaddress"
I can connect fine from OSX using "Chicken of the VNC" client. I have
attached the output of running x11vnc and connecting with "Screen Sharing.app".
