Title:
  sound does not work

Status in “alsa-driver” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  Hello everyone,

I am experiencing a bug with my soundcard: Intel Corporation NM10/ICH7
  Family High Definition Audio Controller.

Alsa doesn't recognize the soundcard. You can see here the complete
  information of my system:

  http://www.alsa-
  project.org/db/?f=006108eb344e9739b336440748921413ce7c93b8

This sounds strange because the driver of this audio card should be
  snd-hda-intel, but it doesn't work. I can't reload alsa, or I can't
try to run the command: "modprobe snd-hda-intel" because the sheel get
blocked and I don't get any output anymore.

  Please I need your help,

  Thanks
  Francesco
