Adwaita is not included with Ubuntu, but it is the default for Ubuntu GNOME Remix. Adwaita is shipped in the gnome-themes-standard package.
It looks like you are using the "Enable dark theme for all applications" option in Tweak Tool. I'm not so sure whether that setting is supported. Anyway, if you use that option, expect that several apps will have trouble with it. The blue highlighting is also a problem with the HighContrast theme and was reported among other problems in bug 1083262. ** Summary changed: - Font color in Software Center with Adwaita theme + Font color in Software Center with Adwaita dark theme -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Desktop Packages, which is subscribed to software-center in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1068076 Title: Font color in Software Center with Adwaita dark theme Status in “software-center” package in Ubuntu: New Bug description: The text is not readable when Adwaita theme is chosen (ships with gnome-shell or perhaps Ubuntu itself, not sure).
