Adwaita is not included with Ubuntu, but it is the default for Ubuntu
GNOME Remix. Adwaita is shipped in the gnome-themes-standard package.

It looks like you are using the "Enable dark theme for all applications"
option in Tweak Tool. I'm not so sure whether that setting is supported.
Anyway, if you use that option, expect that several apps will have
trouble with it.

The blue highlighting is also a problem with the HighContrast theme and
was reported among other problems in bug 1083262.
