Two tabs for the same conversation in empathy

Bug description:
Thats it. Some times (i dont know when) conversation window open a new
tab for the same conversation (two tabs has have the same Nick name
and the conversation tex appear in the two conversations ). It is a
problem, because in empathy from ubuntu 12.04 it does not happen. My
email is gmail (and my friends email too).
