Unity applications lens disapeared
Status in “unity-lens-applications” package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
suddenly applications lens (in 12.04LTS) isn't working, nothing is shown, and
nothing is found in this lens.
I've tried few things: re-installing unity, reinstalling packages
(unity-place-applications, unity-place-files and sudo unity --replace &), and
also:
sudo unity --reset
nohup unity --reset &> /dev/null &
and I get this kind of warns, for all the Unity lenses, and had to
quit the process:

I've also tryed istalling MyUnity, and change the settings related to the
lens, but didn't work...
altough i've learned a lot thnks to this proble, I hope the soutions wont be
wait for the next ubuntu release! or in reinstalling 12.04 all again!!
I found few bug reports about similar issues, but without solutions, or the
ones they had didn't work for me...
