1. Open a PDF portfolio
2. See the message. I believe the software used to create the portfolio
(probably from Adobe) has bundled this message as a normal pdf fallback in case
the viewer doesn't handle pdf portfolios. However, it is misleading because I
thought it is evince that sends this message.

Attaching a snapshot.

opening this PDF portfolio with Acrobat X or Acrobat Reader and up. (button)
Download Adobe Reader now!"

Title:
Document asks for Adobe Reader X

Status in “evince” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
I try to open a PDF file with evince and it advises me to download
  Adobe Reader X.

It took me some time to figure out I have to click on the side panel
dropbox and choose "Attached files" to be able to see the contents of
  the PDF portfolio.

How about displaying these files at start?
