Conflicts are often against packages that don't exist any more, for the sake of upgrades, or against virtual packages, or even sometimes against packages that were never in "official" archives but that were in somebody's test archive, to make things easier for testers. It isn't generally worth cleaning them up.

I searched against older version of ubuntu and i cant find xset package.
