too large margins when printing html file in A4 Landscape mode

Bug description:
I print web page from google chrome(Version 23.0.1271.95) or firefox(17.0.1)
and the page setting is set to A4 Landscape mode and Pages per side is 2, the
margins of the resulting file will be much larger than in A4 "Portrait" mode.
It is happened on Ubuntu 12.10. I confirmed my two PCs which was upgraded
from ubuntu12.04.
The bug happened on using epson pm-t960 and epson lp-s3000.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open web page from firefox.(or chrome)
2. Ctl+P
3.Click page setup tab.
4. Pages per side = 2, Paper: Paper Size = A4, Page orientation = Landscape
5. Print
However It is not happened on Ubuntu12.04.
