Doesn't notice quickly enough that new Wi-Fi network is available

Bug description:
Use Router
wifi connect so it autoreconnects to it
Turn off router..
After few minutes when not showing that router
then start router
and comp doesnt sees router
disable wifi and enable sometimes connects immidiatly
this time it didnt immidiatly so im reporting
