Bug description:
See attached image Dash_focused_button_state.png , this image shows
the differences between the design and the current implementation of
the focused state of Dash Previews buttons. However note that the
attached design shows the button in the 'on-click' state.

Desired solution:
- Update the Dash Preview buttons to make the button fill slightly
more transparent.
- Contact Rosie if exact values or visual assets are required.
