Title:
chromium crashes abort or SIGBUS on low disk space

Status in Chromium Browser:
  Unknown
Status in “chromium-browser” package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  chromium-browser 20.0.1132.47~r144678-0ubuntu0.12.04.1

With very low disk space, instead of warning nicely, chromium-browser
throws SQLite error messages to stderr and then crashes with SIGBUS or
  SIGABRT.

This is obviously not the intended or even sane running condition, but
chromium could still let the user know what the problem is.
