Title:
  PulseAudio crashes with JACK when pulseaudio-module-jack is used

Status in “gnome-control-center” package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
  Sound setting options "crashes" when using JACK and PulseAudio and you try to 
select Jack source as input device instead of usb or line in. The program 
closes down but you can't select Jack source as input device. Ubuntu 12.04 LTS
