  when disabling a second monitor the confirmation dialog is "shown" on
  the disabled monitor

Bug description:
  On Ubuntu 12.04 LTS when having two monitors attached and one monitor
  is disabled, the confirmation dialog for the change after apply is
  displayed on the disabled monitor, making it impossible to confirm the
  change after which it automatically reverts.g
