Title:
Two monitors with different refresh rates don't work

Status in “nvidia-graphics-drivers” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
In ubuntu 12.04 LTS when two monitors are attached (CRT@85hz and
LCD@60hz) there is no way to select separate refresh rates for the
monitors. The CRT @60hz is painful to use and induces headache.

  CRT: Sony GDM-FW900
  LCD: Lenovo
  GPU: GTX-460
  Driver: proprietary nvidia 304.51

Please be prepared to accept an invoice for $120/hour @ 3 hours as
well as an invoice for a second high quality LCD monitor (in the range
  of $2000) thank you.
