HI Christopher,

I hope this email finds you well.

I've been encountering some problems and crashes lately, while when I try
to generate a report or report a bug I couldn't do it successfully , so it
is not done.

Now, I received a warning sign this morning with a message and when I try
to check for updates a get another message.

I tries before when I encountered problems to report it through the
terminal using the history commands but I got a message telling me that the
file is not found.

Please find attached a snapshot of both messages. I appreciate much you
kind help and instructions on what exactly to do (and how to do it please).

Regards,
Ibrahim Hammad
