Bug description:
I have to preseed the backup path of each user on a machine to /backup/$USER.
I achieved preconfiguring backups itself with *gschema.override. But there
is a problem with the $USER variable defined in the backup path because it is
not expanded:
[org.gnome.DejaDup.File]
path='/backup/$USER'
