Bug description:
This started yesterday -- when logging in, instead of showing a smooth
transition displaying the wallpaper, lightdm now shows artifacts of
desktop applications from before logging out. This includes private
info, such as photos, partial webpages open, etc.
This seems to be a recurring bug, as I've seen similar issues in 11.10
and 12.04.
