But my WiFi password (wpa) is 8 letters only. Tried filling up with spaces to enable button, but then network refused connection. (I'm using ethernet cable now). It happened two times so far and - if I remeber well - after "kicking in" the connection with a cable, (then pulling it out) I can type my 8 letter password and it accepts it. I don't dare trying it right now, I'm afraid of losing what I've typed in. :-) Ubuntu 12.04.1 LTS (64 bit) - Unity interface http://h10010.www1.hp.com/wwpc/us/en/sm/WF06a/321957-321957-64295-3740644-3955548-5086719.html?dnr=1 AMD E-450 config I don't remeber installing any packages that could affect networking. All available (as of today) updates are installed.
