Title:
   'next' button icon points up

Status in “thunderbird” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  See also https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=801514

The 'next' button icon point up like the 'previous' icon when in Small
Icon mode. This happens only on Ubuntu. I wrote in BMO to Chris
Coulson but until now received no answer.

I'll add a patch I also made in BMO. This patch is only against from
TB 17's extracted primaryToolbar.css and not against your repository.
