Bug description:
I just tried Unity-2d for the first time in Precise. Everything else
works expect that the launcher reacts too quickly to scrolling. I can
go through all the icons in just one scroll while in Unity-3d it
requires several scrolls. Scrolling the icons one by one is very
difficult.
This isn't an issue with the mouse as scrolling anything else
(including Unity 3D's launcher) works normally.
