I've fixed the 404 on transmissionbt.com. There's no upstream ticket
AFAIK.
Marking as "fix released" as the most appropriate Status, although since
it's a website issue there's no Ubuntu-side release needed :)

When I click Help --> Contents in Transmission on a clean Precise
Alpha 2 installation, it leads me to
http://www.transmissionbt.com/help/gtk/2.4x (which says "404 - Not
Found"). This is most likely because the help files have not yet been
updated for the new GTK version, but this should be pointing to the
old docs/fixed otherwise.
In Raring, it points to http://www.transmissionbt.com/help/gtk/2.6x,
which is also not found.
