Status in “software-center” package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
Various installers create local deb packages that can then be installed via
software-cetner. There are various issues here:
- no screenshot
- no icon
- not visible under installed unless update-apt-xapina-index is run
- hidden in the history window under "Unknown"
There should be a way (maybe via additional json metadata for those
local debs) to fix those problems.
