- fix crash in deb packages without a description (LP: #1067634)
* lp:~mvo/software-center/lp1009967:

the already installed items (LP: #1009967)
* lp:~mvo/software-center/recoverable-errors-lp1051829:
- send a custom duplicate signature so that the recoverable errors
on transaction failures are broken down by error_code instead
of all put into the same bucket (LP: #1051829)
* lp:~mvo/software-center/5.4-fix-threading
- Properly init threads now that the pygobject crash is fixed.

Title:
Crashes for debs without a description
Status in “software-center” package in Ubuntu:
Fix Released
Status in “software-center” source package in Quantal:
Fix Released
Bug description:
The deb file code crashes for deb packages without a description like
e.g. "error-package_1.0_1.0_all.deb" from the gdebi testsuite.
TEST CASE:
- a regression test to open a existing deb is enough as this is a rather
uncommon situation
REGRESSION POTENTIAL: low, I can't think of how this could regress
