Bug description:
Xorg crashed randomly after going for tty1
Apport was taking 100% cpu, so I decided to go to tty1 to investigate
(I originally thought it was due to plugin-container misbehaving).
When I came back to Ctrl+Alt+F8, I was back at gdm.
