Title:
Significantly lower recommendation score for software that has
previously been uninstalled from the system

Status in “software-center” package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
Software a user have chosen to uninstall should not be put at the top
of the list of software recommendations. The act of uninstalling
should count as a down-vote for that software package.

  Steps to reproduce:
  1. Clean installation of Ubuntu
  2. Uninstall any software package (e.g. `unity-webapps-common`)
  3. Open the Software Center
  4. Login using a Ubuntu single sign on
  5. Enable recommendations
  6. Open Recommended for you

What do you know: there is Amazon ‘Unity WebApp integration script’
listed as the number two software I should (re-)install even though I
clearly do not want it on my system.

  Ubuntu 12.10, software-center 5.4.1.3
