Public bug reported:

The patch fixing bug #781931
(21_correct_timestamp_use_fix_focus_issue.patch) was dropped in raring.
Because of that and/or the changed upstream, Nautilus window now starts
behind a maximized window and doesn't get focus.

Test case:

1. Open a maximized Firefox window
2. Press Super+1 assuming you've Nautilus bound to the first launcher icon

Excepted result:

Nautilus open on top of Firefox and gets focus

Actual result:

(usually) Nautilus opens behind Firefox and doesn't get focus
