Title:
policykit: apport needing sudo states "wants to modify important parts
  of the system"

Status in “apport” package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
When 'apport-bug' asks for sudo access, the reason given is that it
wants to "_modify_ important parts of the system".

Ideally this should be re-worded to remove the word modify and state
that apport-bug only needs to read/collect information.

See also bug 871662, about switching from gksu to PolicyKit.
