  File Roller does not work with Russian archives

Status in “file-roller” package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  File Roller does not work with archives, where name of file or folder
  doesn't match a eng lang. If file have name, for example,
  "Устройства", it prints a "Š®­¤à â쥢". And File Roller writes a
  message, on unzipping file from archive - "No files to extract".
