after sleep or hibernation mode indicator-network does not display the
signal strength of the wireless network.
steps to reproduce:
1. close the lid of the laptop
2. open the lid of the laptop
actual results:
indicator-network does not display the signal strength of the wireless
network and does not respond to its changes.
