Public bug reported:

This bug is similar to #1003821, #1003821. One of the bug provides below
suggestion,
____________________________________________________________________________-
Comment out the options snd-hda-intel line in
/etc/modprobe.d/alsa-base.conf and reboot.
_______________________________________________________________________________

However only after adding the below line in alsa-base.conf, my inbuilt
speakers gave better sound, before that sound ouput was very poor.

 options snd-hda-intel model=laptop-hpmicsense

Hence now i am hoping for a better solution and posting this bug.
