Huawei K3565 Rev 2: Repeatedly fails to connect to Mobile Broadbang
until you disconnect and reconnect the modem

Bug description:
Most of the times I can connect to broadband mobile network via my 3G
usb modem fine (except bug #1071853), but at random times the
following happen:
- I am initially disconnected (e.g. because I had been using wifi), and
"Enable Mobile Broadband" in the menu is checked
- I click on the mobile broadband network I want to connect to which is in
the list on the upper part of the menu
- IMMEDIATELY a toast/popup/whatever-it's-called notification appears with
the icon of the mobile broadband (antenna + signal strength bars) and the
message "Disconnected"
- When this happens once, then I can retry 100 times and it will
systematically fail in the exact same way
- unplugging and replugging the modem, waiting about half a minute and
retrying will systematically fix the issue.
This is not after issue 1071853 happening (otherwise, the MB network
wouldn't even be in the menu to click on in the first place), and this
is not when bug #1019395 is going on (I can roll over the "more
networks" submenu and see the submenu non-empty)
