Public bug reported:
I've got a Dell Inspiron 1720. I just upgraded from quantal, and the
first thing I've noticed is the media buttons on the front lip of the
notebook no longer control the sound level. Mute, Vol up/Down, Play,
Prev, Next, Stop. It's odd, because after I rebooted from the upgrade,
I raised the volume maybe, 2 clicks, and then it hasn't worked since.
