You have been subscribed to a public bug:

1) Launch LibreOffice 3.5.7 from ppa
2) Menu -> Wizard Fax
3) I have an error message:
"The wizard could not be run, because important files were not found.
Under 'Tools -options-libreOffice-Paths' click 'default' button to reset the
paths to the original default settings.
Then run the wizard again. "

I try to do it. No effet.
I try to delet ~/Templates (who don't exist in my /home, may be because in
French Template are translate to Modèle and i have ~/Modèles) No effect.

 In terminal, we can read:
com.sun.star.wizards.common.NoValidPathException:
        at
com.sun.star.wizards.common.FileAccess.getOfficePath(FileAccess.java:211)
        at

        at
