The relevant part of the IPv6 routing table looks like this:

I believe the proto static metric 1 route is an error, since it persists even 
when the router stops advertising.  This breaks the IPv6 architecture for 
router redundancy.

I am in control of this networt and can alter router advertisement
parameters if needed.
