Title:
  Low screen brightness on login

Status in “xorg” package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
When I log into my Ubuntu, my screen brightness is always dimmed. All
I want is for my laptop to have 100% brightness because it's annoying
to have to increase the brightness every time. Any suggestions,
  please?
