Try to update brasero to 3.4.1-0ubuntu1.1 version from Ubuntu 12.04 (or
12.10) "updates" repository - updated version fixes very important bug
#780117 ("Brasero finishes without error but unusable media[on-the-fly
mode] (Ubuntu 11.04 ->12.04)") and now most people can burn DVDs and CDs
without problems with Brasero.
