Can somebody comment on the fact that there is an upload for signon-
plugin-oauth2, and not one for account-plugins in quantal-proposed? As
Brian said, its not clear that signon-plugin-oauth2 should proceed
without account-plugins being fixed.

Also the description of this bug and comment #26 is not sufficient.
Please follow the process outlined at
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/StableReleaseUpdates . The details need to be
easy to find in the description, labeled "[Test Case]" and "[Regression
Potential]".
