Title: Xorg freeze Status in “nvidia-graphics-drivers” package in Ubuntu: New Bug description: Since I upgraded to Ubuntu 12.10. I experience problem with booting. Usually I have to restart couple of times (1-5 times) to see the login screen and hear the drums sound. It shows the NVidia driver logo, then shows the mouse cursor with black background. Touchpad is responsive for 2-3 seconds then blank screen is shown and stuck there. I have tried 'vesafb.nonsense=1' and deleting 'spalsh quiet' kernel params, no luck.
