A new upstream bug-fix version of Inkscape is available (0.48.4). Please
upgrade the Ubuntu package. The following Ubuntu bugs are fixed in this release:
* bug #941317 <inkscape crashed with SIGSEGV in getObject()>
* bug #944077 <inkscape crashed with SIGSEGV in
Inkscape::Extension::Implementation::Script::effect()>
* bug #973174 <inkscape crashed with SIGSEGV in
Inkscape::Extension::Output::get_extension()>
* bug #946631 <Overlay scrollbars causing input boxes to be small>
