Filtering hidden files by default is wrong.
I had taken a backup of a large 3.2 GB folder and was about to delete
the original. Luckily I did a cross-check of every file and found that
the hidden files were missing!

Binary package hint: brasero
If I add entire directory to project then hidden files (in this
directory) are not added. I can loose important file this way.
