Package Owners should have ability to contact authors of comments
Status in “software-center” package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
Some comment authors incorrectly state problems with packages or have
other issues that may be easily addressed, but they do not use support
resources and leave negative comments instead. Package owners should
have ability to contact them privately to address issues and provided
better customer service (especially for paid apps). This would
hopefully lead to comment edits that would improve software
usage/sales.
I tried a work around posted on askubuntu
(http://askubuntu.com/questions/247531/can-i-respond-to-comments-in-
software-center-as-app-developer/247679#247679), however I get no
results back for my package. I don't know if the api changed or
something.
